Read the plan details before paying. Your order confirmation identifies the package, term, number of simultaneous streams and total price agreed for your purchase.

These terms concern the ZivoPlay service at zivoplay.com. Contact us at [email protected] or 27 Willowbrook Lane, Manchester, M20 4QJ, United Kingdom. This is our contact address. Please ask for any additional trader information you need before placing an order.
Enquiries, orders and confirmation
Selecting a plan or opening a support chat prepares an enquiry; it does not charge a payment card or by itself confirm an order. Check the device, content availability, term, screen limit and price with our team. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Keep the confirmation and the applicable terms. Tell us about errors before completing payment.
Prices and payment
UK subscription prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The full-term price is payable upfront; a monthly equivalent is a comparison figure, not monthly billing for a longer plan. Confirm the total and available payment method before paying. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be made clear before purchase. Changes to advertised prices do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Broadband, hardware and any third-party player licence are separate unless expressly included.
Activation and your plan
Access details are supplied using the contact route agreed for the order. Keep them private and let us know if they have not arrived. Your confirmation should identify when the term starts and ends. Plans do not renew automatically. A free trial is for evaluating compatibility and viewing before purchasing; it is not a promise that every device, channel or source supports every feature.
Compatibility and picture quality
You need your own internet connection, a supported device and a compatible player. App availability varies by model, operating system and region. Check our device setup guides and ask about your exact model before paying. Resolution, programme-guide data and catch-up depend on the source and player; not every channel is 4K. These practical limits do not excuse a failure to deliver what was agreed.
Using your account
Stay within the simultaneous-stream limit of the purchased plan. Do not distribute account credentials, sell access without a separate reseller agreement, interfere with systems or use the service unlawfully. Use content only where you are entitled to access it. If we need to restrict an account for misuse or security, we will explain the reason where reasonably possible and consider disputed restrictions through support.
Changes, interruptions and support
Specific channel and title availability can change. Confirm anything essential to your purchase before ordering. Report faults through support with your device, app and error details. If we cannot provide what was agreed, we will consider the appropriate remedy, including any refund or price reduction required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback on every network.
Cancellation and refunds
Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the voluntary seven-day offer and UK statutory cancellation rights. Any request for immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of its effect on cancellation must be obtained separately where required. These terms alone do not waive that right. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed supply continue to apply.
Privacy and third-party apps
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for enquiries, orders, support and site features. Third-party players, app stores, payment providers and messaging services have their own terms. We do not control their app fees or account policies. Check those terms before purchasing an optional app.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. English law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland retain their applicable local protections and access to their home courts. Updates are published here; changes do not remove rights under an existing purchase.
