Updated 6 October 2026Privacy contact
For requests about information handled through ZivoPlay, email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject, or write to 27 Willowbrook Lane, Manchester, M20 4QJ, United Kingdom. Tell us which order, message or site feature your request concerns. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing account information.
Information used by the service
An enquiry or order can include your email address, selected plan, device model, channel-country preferences and the message you send. A compatible portal device may require its MAC or device ID. Support conversations can include order references and diagnostic information you choose to share. Where automated trial processing is enabled, it can record request status, IP address and a device fingerprint to limit duplicate or abusive requests. Servers and service providers can also receive technical request logs. Do not send payment-card security codes or your email password in chat.
Why information is used
We use order and account details to take steps at your request and perform the subscription agreement, and support details to respond to you and resolve problems. Security and fraud-prevention processing supports the legitimate interest of protecting accounts and systems, balanced against individuals’ rights. Where records must be kept to comply with legal obligations, that is the basis for retaining them. Optional analytics uses consent, which you can withdraw. We do not treat a support request as consent to marketing.
Services that receive information
Hosting, email, account-provisioning and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their part of the service. Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp; an email link opens your configured email app. Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. The site also loads font files from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google. A third-party player receives the login or playlist you enter into it. Each provider’s own notice explains its processing; never paste your playlist into an unrelated public tool.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as needed for the purpose it was collected for: fulfilling an account, resolving support issues, preventing abuse or meeting applicable record-keeping duties. The period depends on the record and the legal requirement. Ask us about the records linked to your account or request deletion of information no longer needed. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Some third-party services may process data outside the UK. Their processing locations and safeguards depend on the provider and contract. Contact us for the information relevant to your account or the service you use. Restricted transfers require a valid UK transfer mechanism or applicable exception; the presence of a provider on this website is not itself a claim that all of its processing takes place in the UK.
Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. The usual response period is one month, with extensions where permitted. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. See the ICO’s public guidance for more about your rights.
Updates to this notice
Changes to this policy will be shown on this page with an updated date. If a proposed change requires new consent, merely posting the update does not provide that consent. Contact us if you need a copy of the notice associated with an earlier enquiry or order.
