Choose your number of simultaneous streams
A second screen changes the amount because two devices can play at the same time. Count overlapping viewing, not all the devices you own. If a family member watches upstairs while the living-room TV is playing, choose at least two simultaneous streams. Test each device before a longer purchase.
Budget for the player separately
Some IPTV apps charge for a licence, premium features or a subscription. That charge is payable to the player publisher and may have its own renewal rules. Confirm the exact app and fee before buying it. Do not assume an expired-app message means your viewing subscription has also expired.
Keep renewal deliberate
ZivoPlay plans do not renew automatically. When you decide to renew, tell support which existing account should receive the new term. Keep the order reference and refresh the playlist after activation. Our renewal checks help distinguish an account issue from an app-licence issue.
